We give 6 to 12 months. The term for each part is on the invoice, so ask before you order and we'll tell you the number for that part.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects: wrong material, wrong dimension, a crack from a defect.
What isn't
Normal wear. Teeth, chisels and pads wear out — that's the job. Damage from wrong installation or wrong use isn't covered either.
How a claim works
1. Send photos and a short video.
2. Tell us the order number and the quantity.
3. We check with the factory and answer within 3 working days.
4. Replacement or credit, you choose.
