Do you have a minimum order? Most parts, no. Track pads and some undercarriage items have one — ask.
Can I order one piece to test? Yes, on most parts.
Do you have a catalogue? We have size charts and a parts finder. A full catalogue is being built.
Price and payment
Why are there no prices on the site? The grade changes the price. Ask, and we quote all three.
What are your payment terms? 30% to start, 70% before shipment. VTB for Russian buyers.
Which currency? USD or CNY.
Shipping
How fast? 5–7 days on stock items. If a part has to be made, we tell you the real lead time first.
Which terms? EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP.
Do you ship to Russia? Yes, every month.
Quality
Original or aftermarket? Both, when we can get them. We tell you which one before you pay.
Can I inspect the goods? Yes. Third-party inspection is fine.
What's the warranty? 6 to 12 months, depending on the part.

Can you match a part from a photo? Yes, if the number or the shape is readable.
Do you make custom parts? Yes — chisels with your mark, and parts to a drawing.
